Not to mention I feel much more secure in the smooth rolling ones. Rides are suppose to be fun-not jerk you and rattle you to death.

It is too jerky! The coasters, that I like are the nice smooth ones, so that means any Mad Mouse type rides or wooden roller coasters are out for me. Speaking of Word Fairs, my oldest daughter got to go to the one in NY when she was 13. all in a bunch and you threw pennies hoping some landed in one to get a prize. And, one that had glasses, bowls, cups, etc. The booth I liked was trowing Darts at Balloons. And, of course always loved the Ferris Wheel. My favorite thing when a teenager was the Octopus. I never got to go to a fair until I I was a teenager, except for once when we lived in HOUSTON during WWll when a neighbor took me. But with the Boric-acid mix for eyes it got normal again. Rubbed my eyes so much one year that the white part looked like jello. I have had allergies to never knew what, but runny nose, itchy eyes and nose and it is horrible. Awful to be raised on a cotton farm and be allergic.
